Alignerr is seeking Social Media Content Evaluators to review AI-generated posts, captions, and comments, ensuring authenticity and on-trend tone for real audiences. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract open to anyone with a sharp eye for social content.

You will review content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn, provide feedback on tone and engagement, and work independently on your own schedule.

About The Role

We're looking for Social Media Content Evaluators to review AI-generated posts, captions, and comments, and help ensure they feel authentic, on-trend, and appropriate for real audiences.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for social content and a genuine feel for online culture. No marketing degree or content creation background required — just a solid understanding of what makes social media tick.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a range of platforms and formats
• Evaluate content for tone, relevance, clarity, engagement potential, and appropriateness
• Flag content that feels unnatural, off-brand, culturally tone-deaf, or problematic
• Provide structured feedback on trending topics, cultural references, and voice
• Rate content using clear evaluation rubrics and written commentary
• Work through task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• An active social media user with a genuine feel for current trends and platform culture
• Able to quickly judge what content works — and clearly explain why
• Culturally aware with strong instincts around tone, appropriateness, and audience fit
• Detail-oriented and consistent when working through large volumes of content
• Strong written communicator who can articulate feedback clearly and concisely
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior marketing, content creation, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience creating, managing, or moderating social media content
• Background in communications, digital marketing, journalism, or content strategy
• Familiarity with content moderation or quality evaluation workflows
• Broad awareness of platform-specific norms across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, or similar
