Alignerr is seeking a Social Media Content Evaluator (AI Training) to review AI-generated posts, captions, and comments across multiple platforms. This fully remote, flexible hourly contract invites anyone with a sharp eye for social content and online culture.

You will assess tone, relevance, and appropriateness, flag inconsistent or off-brand material, and provide clear feedback on trends and voice. 10–40 hours per week, work on your own schedule.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for social content and a genuine feel for online culture. No marketing degree or content creation background required - just a solid understanding of what makes social media tick.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a range of platforms and formats
• Evaluate content for tone, relevance, clarity, engagement potential, and appropriateness
• Flag content that feels unnatural, off-brand, culturally tone-deaf, or problematic
• Provide structured feedback on trending topics, cultural references, and voice
• Rate content using clear evaluation rubrics and written commentary
• Work through task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
