About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to avid readers, writers, editors, and anyone with a sharp literary eye. No published writing credits or formal credentials required — just a genuine feel for what makes writing sing.

What You'll Do

• Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres — fiction, poetry, personal essays, flash prose, and more
• Assess writing quality across key dimensions: style, tone, coherence, originality, and reader engagement
• Spot clichés, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, and structural weaknesses
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback that helps AI systems improve
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are
