Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create ideas, concepts, and creative content in accordance with brand identity.
  • Manage and maintain content plan to ensure all posts on various social media platforms are done in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media in a quick and friendly manner.
  • Monitor the latest trends in social media and integrate them into the content strategy.
  • Keep up to date with social media trends and competitors' content strategies for content innovation.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with advertisers' business goals, covering Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion phases.
  • Create and manage visual content, copywriting, and community engagement across company's social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in marketing, sales, activation, and editorial functions
  • Generate detailed analytics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.

Job Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree (S1).
  • Have experience as a content creator or social media management
  • Willing to travel to Bali to discuss and coordinate with owner
  • Have a good English communication skills
  • Accumulate one or two years of relevant work experience in advertising agencies or news publishers.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Have a broad understanding of the social media landscape, platforms, and technologies.
  • Show professional proficiency in video editing, creativity, on-camera communication, time management, and a deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm for creating impactful and successful video content.
  • Express a genuine interest in digital platforms, particularly in social media, and a willingness to continually learn in this digital space.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude and a creative/innovative mindset to develop compelling and relevant content that effectively communicates key messages.
  • Possess strong analytical abilities to interpret and leverage data for optimization and experimentation, deriving actionable insights.
  • Demonstrate robust attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
