A vibrant company in Jakarta seeks a creative content creator to engage audiences on TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu. You will develop exciting content, collaborate with a team, and play a key role in our brand strategy for a grand opening. Ideal candidates are energetic, experienced with mobile editing, and have a genuine passion for the food and hospitality sector.
Develop and execute content ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and Xiaohongshu
Be on-camera talent for food videos, BTS, skits, interviews, and promos
Build a content calendar that leads up to and supports our soft opening & grand launch
Capture & edit short-form videos and images (phone is okay, but must be crisp)
Write engaging captions and help shape our brand tone
Experiment with trends, memes, storytelling formats — be our digital hype engine
Learn basic Facebook/Meta Ads and assist with content for targeted promotion
Collaborate with the director/chef/manager for brand strategy
Occasionally help with event coverage and live sessions
Job Specifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
A content-first thinker with bold ideas and an aesthetic eye
Very comfortable on camera — charismatic, relatable, and not afraid to be fun or silly
Knows what works (and flops) on TikTok & Instagram
Has interest or experience with food/hospitality industry content
Skilled in mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN, Canva, etc)
Bonus: Familiar with Xiaohongshu trends or willing to learn
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (and basic English for captions is a plus)
Can work fast, iterate, and thrive in an informal, fast-moving environment
Forward-focused and highly proactive.
