Job Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media & Community Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing organic social media strategies, managing content creation, and building our affiliate marketing community to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Develop monthly content calendars for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube
  • Create daily content (2+ TikTok videos, 1 IG feed + 3-5 stories, etc.)
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Organize content assets in cloud systems

Community & Affiliate Marketing

  • Recruit and manage 20+ new active affiliates monthly (nano-micro influencers)
  • Develop content toolkits and provide guidance to affiliates
  • Organize monthly community activities (WhatsApp/Telegram groups)
  • Curate and redistribute quality UGC

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work with design, product, and ads teams for campaign integration
  • Prepare monthly performance reports (content, community growth, affiliate GMV/CTR)
  • Conduct data-driven experiments on content formats and posting times

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in social media management
  • Proven track record in affiliate/community marketing
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TikTok Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate programs
  • Background in performance-based marketing
  • Creative content development skills
