Social Media Officer Qualifications:

Content Planning & Calendar Management:
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and X.)

Cross Function Collaboration:

- Provide creative input and ensure messaging and aesthetics are cohesive across assets.

- Align with influence marketing to ensure influencer content match with campaign direction
Content Execution and Publishing:
- Schedule and publish content using native platforms or social media management tools
- Ensure all posts are optimized for platform-specific requirements (format, caption length, hashtags, tagging, etc.).
- Maintain consistency in posting frequency and visual branding.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, click-through rate, etc.) and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Analyze content performance to identify what works and recommend improvements.
- Share actionable insights with the creative team to refine future content strategies.
Trend Monitoring & Idea Generation
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Identify timely or trending topics for reactive content opportunities.
- Propose new content formats or engagement ideas to boost performance and relevance.
