About The Role

KitaLulus is launching a new initiative, a project designed to build a digital community through short-form content that’s authentic, informative, and relevant for young Indonesians.

We’re starting completely from zero: no followers, no content, no playbook. Your mission: build our TikTok and Instagram presence from the ground up, turning a blank account into a fast-growing, credible community that people trust and engage with.

Key Outcomes (6–12 Months)
  • Grow TikTok and Instagram from 0 → 100K–150K followers organically.
  • Publish 20+ short videos per month with an average engagement rate above 5–8%.
  • Produce at least 5-10 viral videos with over 1 million views each.
  • Build a scalable content system, a monthly calendar, an analytics dashboard, and a repeatable workflow.
  • Establish the initiative as a credible and relevant social presence in its category.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end content production: research → ideation → scripting → shooting → editing → posting → analytics.
  • Build brand awareness from scratch through content that’s simple, authentic, and engaging.
  • Turn trending moments into brand-relevant stories that spark conversation.
  • Maintain and execute a 30-day content calendar tied to growth and branding goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and community teams for unified storytelling.
  • Track content performance, iterate quickly, and double down on what works.
Requirements
  • Proven experience building or growing a social media account from zero to 50K+ followers.
  • Strong short-form video portfolio (TikTok / Reels) with at least 5 contents reaching over 1M views.
  • Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian social media trends and audience behavior.
  • A natural storyteller who can make 15–30s content that feels fun, real, and relatable.
  • Independent, fast-paced, and comfortable executing with minimal supervision.
  • (Bonus) Experience managing UGC or influencer collaborations.
