In this role, you will be responsible for curating and executing a social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include developing content, managing platforms, analyzing metrics, and hosting. The role also entails drafting proposals, meeting minutes, and handling ad hoc tasks.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who possesses strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for staying updated on social media trends is essential.

Job Description
  • Assist in managing and updating social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our social media presence.
Requirements
