Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content plan with clear objectives for all social media platforms, aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that support marketing initiatives and drive engagement.

  • Provide creative direction to videographers, photographers, and other content creators to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.

  • Upload content, engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive, active community across all social media platforms.

  • Manage influencer collaborations, including identifying and recruiting influencers, negotiating contracts, coordinating content creation, and tracking campaign performance.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights for optimization.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and audience behavior.
  • Solid analytical skills to measure content performance, track KPIs, and develop strategies to enhance engagement.
  • Basic copywriting skills with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends and create fresh, engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
