A leading social marketing organization in Indonesia is seeking a Social Media and Communications Specialist to develop and execute integrated communication campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media or digital communications. This role offers an opportunity to create impactful content and engage with diverse audiences across platforms.
Assist to develop and execute integrated communications campaigns to drive engagement and achieve social media and communication objectives.
Craft compelling content and copy for social media assets and communication materials tailored to specific target audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams and external creative agencies to produce visual content that aligns with communication goals and brand identity.
Create relevant, high-impact content; track public engagement; and assess the outcomes of key digital initiatives.
Monitor and respond to conversations across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, and X to build meaningful engagement.
Utilize analytics tools to measure performance, identify improvement areas, and gather actionable insights on audience behavior.
Explore emerging platforms and trends that could expand our digital reach and impact.
Stay up to date with the latest social media developments and apply relevant insights to enhance awareness and engagement growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media, digital communications, or content creation.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Deep understanding of digital culture with a keen eye for trends, platforms, and audience behavior.
Proven ability to craft articulate, engaging, and innovative content with versatile writing styles.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media algorithms, platform tools, and engagement strategies.
Strong grasp of engagement and performance metrics.
Creativity-driven, with a passion for fresh ideas and bold communication approaches.
Self-motivated, agile, and results-oriented with excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a performance-driven team.
