Job summary

Ini Vie Hospitality in Bali is seeking an Admin Social Media to support our digital presence. Based at HEAD OFFICE in Seminyak, you will assist with content posting, scheduling, data entry, and campaign administration.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, experience in digital marketing or social media, and good English writing. Canva skills and familiarity with Office and Google Workspace are a plus, with ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Marketing Admin, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Able to assist with content posting, scheduling, data entry, and digital campaign administration.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, social media management, and digital marketing tools.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, villa, hotel, or property is an advantage.
• Willing to work as a Daily Worker (DW) based on operational requirements.
