Job summary

Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking an Admin Digital Marketing specialist to support content posting, scheduling, data entry, and campaign administration from HEAD OFFICE in Seminyak. This role is suitable for a Daily Worker (DW) with at least 1 year in a related field.

The candidate should be proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, with strong English writing skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Marketing Admin, or related field is preferred.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital channels.
• Able to assist with content posting, scheduling, data entry, and digital campaign administration.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, social media management, and digital marketing tools.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, villa, hotel, or property is an advantage.
• Willing to work as a Daily Worker (DW) based on operational requirements.
