Social Media Admin (Full-time – On-site or Hybrid)

Manage daily content scheduling and posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram)

Organize and execute stories, reels, and live sessions

Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally

Brainstorm and create content ideas for campaigns and events

Support community engagement and follower growth

Use basic design/video tools like Canva or CapCut for simple editing

University graduate or senior student (preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Media)

Experience managing social media accounts and content creation

Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar

Strong attention to detail and responsiveness

Basic communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Creative, energetic, and good at communicating with youth

Team player with a sense of responsibility
