Job summary

PT Trust Inti Indonesia is seeking a creative Content Creator & Graphic Designer to craft engaging visuals for our social media and brand materials. You will ideate concepts, produce photos, videos, reels, carousels, and posts that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience.

The role requires a strong eye for design, proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva, and knowledge of current social media formats.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Experience as a Content Creator, Graphic Designer, Social Media Specialist, or similar position.
• Proficiency in graphic design with ability to produce visually appealing content.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar.
• Video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar applications (valued).
• Understanding of basic visual design, typography, color composition, layout, and branding.
• Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Current knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Instagram Feed, and other social media platforms.
• Portfolio of design and/or content creation work available for review.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create ideas, concepts, and content strategies for company social media needs
• Produce and develop content including photos, videos, reels, short videos, carousels, and social media posts
• Execute production and editing of content according to platform requirements
• Create visual designs for social media, promotional materials, campaigns, and branding needs
• Ensure all content and designs align with brand identity, tone of voice, and target audience
• Stay current with social media trends, content trends, visual trends, and digital marketing developments
• Participate in team brainstorming to develop campaign ideas and creative content
• Evaluate content performance and provide development ideas based on engagement results
