Job summary

Vetra Sistema Indonesia is seeking a creative Content & Social Media Staff to craft engaging content, manage social platforms, and support branding initiatives. You will plan monthly calendars, design promotional materials, and produce photos and videos for short-form formats.

The role requires proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, and video editing tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro. Surabaya-based candidates are preferred, with a portfolio required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in content creation, graphic design, or social media management is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar applications.
• Able to use CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video-editing applications.
• Familiar with current social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• English proficiency will be an advantage.
• Willing to visit project sites when required.
• Based in Surabaya or willing to work in Surabaya.
• Applicants must submit a relevant portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Threads.
• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.
• Design promotional materials, brochures, banners, presentations, and other assets.
• Produce and edit photos, videos, Reels, and short-form content.
• Write engaging captions that align with the brand identity.
• Document products, installation processes, completed projects, and company activities.
• Manage social media accounts and respond to audience interactions.
• Monitor content performance and prepare regular reports.
• Research current social media trends and content ideas.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams for marketing activities.
• Visit project sites for content production when required.
