Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking a seasoned SOC leader to oversee daily operations, develop policies, and drive service delivery excellence. You will manage staffing, approval chains, and liaison with client teams while guiding continuous improvements in SOC processes and KPIs.

The ideal candidate holds a computer science/engineering degree with 7–8 years in information security and at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SOC environment, plus relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field.
• 7-8 years of information security/cybersecurity experience.
• 3 years in a leadership role and 3+ years in a SOC environment.
• Relevant industry and vendor certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/ITIL frameworks and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SOC operations and ensure SLAs for all deliverables.
• Develop and maintain SOC policies and standard operating procedures.
• Lead the SOC action approval chain and staffing decisions.
• Design, develop, and implement new service offerings and updates.
• Identify and manage operational risks, taking corrective actions.
• Support training programs to advance analysts and company growth.
• Communicate with customers' operations teams and client management.
• Drive continuous service improvement and KPI metrics for SOC quality.
