Job Description

As the Smelter Operations Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire smelting process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations. You will lead a team of professionals, implement best practices in operations, and develop strategies to optimize production while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the smelting facility.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Key Requirements:
