Job summary

You will assist with FAB document preparation, tracking sales processes, and maintaining customer data. The role requires strong Excel/Word and Google Sheets skills, plus detail orientation and good communication to support the sales team. Internship allowances are provided.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling data and documents.
• Able to manage administrative tasks in a timely manner and learn about sales processes.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with the Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SMB Sales team in preparing, organizing, and archiving FAB documents and other supporting sales documents.
• Monitor and track the status of new customer sales processes, ensuring information is updated regularly.
• Maintain and organize customer and sales-related data to support timely administrative processes.
• Support the Sales team with other administrative tasks and documentation related to customer acquisition.
