PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a tech‑savvy QA tester to monitor smartphone reviews, conduct hands‑on testing, and benchmark products against competitors in the Indonesian gadget market.

You will prepare evaluation reports in English for Product and R&D teams, focusing on identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement based on testing results and market feedback.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of smartphone QA/testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Android hardware, software, and performance.
• Hands-on experience testing or comparing smartphone features.
• Good command of English for technical reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze smartphone reviews from Indonesian KOLs across platforms.
• Conduct hands-on testing of features including camera, gaming, battery, display, software.
• Validate reviews and issues through independent testing.
• Benchmark competitors on performance, features, UX.
• Identify weaknesses and improvement areas from testing and feedback.
• Prepare evaluation reports and actionable recommendations in English for Product and R&D.

We are looking for a tech-savvy and analytical individual with a strong interest in smartphones and the Indonesian gadget market. You will monitor and analyze smartphone reviews from local tech KOLs, conduct independent hands‑on testing, and compare our products with competitors to identify product strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze smartphone reviews, comparisons, and feedback from Indonesian tech KOLs across YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Conduct hands‑on testing of smartphone features, including camera, gaming performance, battery, charging, display, and software experience.
• Validate KOL reviews and reported issues through independent testing and actual usage scenarios.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to evaluate smartphone performance, features, and user experience across different brands.
• Identify product weaknesses, technical issues, and potential improvement areas based on testing results and market feedback.
• Prepare evaluation reports and actionable recommendations in English for Product and R&D teams.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance, smartphone testing, product evaluation, mobile device QA, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Android smartphones, hardware specifications, software features, and device performance.
• Hands‑on experience exploring, testing, or comparing smartphone features.
• Familiar with Indonesian gadget KOLs, technology reviewers, and smartphone market trends.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with good attention to detail.
• Good command of English is a MUST, especially for technical reporting and communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
