Job description

Job Description:

Grow sales in the region, including both modern and traditional dealers.

Create sales strategies that fit the local market.

Monitor daily inventory, sell-through, coverage, and sell-out results.

Lead daily briefings and track product and promoter performance.

Distribute stock to key dealers and find new sales channels.

Stay updated on competitors, dealer issues, and market trends.

Review product performance weekly and report any issues or support needs to the Director.

Plan sales forecasts, track gaps, and ensure program execution.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in mobile phone sales (experience with Chinese brands such as Infinix, Vivo, Oppo, or Xiaomi is preferred).

Good communication skills in English are required (Mandarin is a plus).

Strong data analysis and sales management skills.

Energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
