Job description

Skincare Brand E-commerce Campaign Manager (TikTok & Shopee)

Online Campaign Execution: Collaborate with influencers to plan and execute livestreams and short videos that drive brand's sales. Monitor performance metrics (GMV, engagement, ROAS) and optimize strategies. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, flash sales, and promotions to boost sales.

Brand Growth: Work cross-functionally with marketing/sales teams to align influencer campaigns with product launches and promotions.

Influencer Sourcing & Partnership: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard high-potential creators (live stream/short video influencers) aligned with our brand. Build long-term relationships with creators/KOLs to co-develop engaging content (unboxing, tutorials, challenges, etc.).

Online-store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of Shopee and TikTok Shop online-stores, including product uploads, pricing, and inventory updates. Optimize product listings (SEO, images, descriptions) to improve visibility and conversion rates.

Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Premium Skincare Brands in Indonesia.

Experience in executing campaigns on TikTok Shop&Shopee, influencer BD, or performance marketing. Hands-on experience collaborating with creators for live selling and content creation strategies.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.

Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese/Mandarin a plus).

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Comply with industry ethics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Premium Skincare Brands, KOL/Creator cooperations, premuim brand online-store management and paid advertising (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads).

Knowledge of Brand Growth in Indonesia.

Creative mindset for content and promotional ideas, sales-oriented passion.
