The Company

Our client, in the Technology consulting industry, currently has a need to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on Technology hiring. This is a newly created role due to expansion.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to successfully onboarding new hires. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
  • Partnering with recruitment agencies and sourcing candidates across multiple platforms.
  • Posting job advertisements, screening applications, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews, leading candidates through the selection process.
  • Managing the negotiation and offer stage to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Streamlining recruitment processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Overseeing the company's career website and ensuring it aligns with recruitment needs.
  • Coordinating internship programs in collaboration with educational institutions.
  • Preparing recruitment reports to assess and improve strategies for future hiring.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of current recruitment strategies and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your Profile

You should have a degree in HR or Business or any related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity. You should have decent communication skills as well as prior experience in recruiting for Technology functions.
