Job summary

PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee multidisciplinary construction activities on our projects. The role covers structural, architectural, interior, and landscape work, ensuring quality and adherence to design and codes.

You will lead on-site teams, enforce safety, coordinate with subcontractors, prepare reports, and work closely with the Project Manager to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 5+ years in construction, site supervision experience.
• Experience as Site/Field Supervisor in structural/architectural/landscape work.
• Valid Work Competency Certificate (SKA/SKK) - Junior Expert (Grade 7).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities in assigned discipline and ensure on-site project execution.
• Inspect work meets design specs, quality standards, and building codes (SNI).
• Track progress against schedule, report delays and take corrective actions.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
• Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors; provide guidance.
• Maintain site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation.
• Identify and resolve construction issues with Project Manager.
