Site Supervisor

About the role

PT Kesuma Bangun Persada (BENTUK RUANG) is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects in Denpasar, Bali. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient completion of our projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
2. Monitoring site activities, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
4. Liaising with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
5. Overseeing the allocation of resources, equipment and materials to optimise productivity
6. Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining detailed records and reports
7. Providing on-site training and mentoring to construction workers

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
2. Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
4. Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, equipment and safety protocols
5. Working knowledge of relevant construction regulations and legislation
6. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans and specifications
7. Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions to keep projects on track
