Job summary

A leading construction firm in Jakarta is seeking a Project Manager with a Bachelor's in Civil/Architecture. The role involves updating project reports, supervising contractors, ensuring quality control, and requires at least 2 years of experience in project management. Responsibilities

• Update reports based on approved project list.
• Monitor project engineers and troubleshoot product installations.
• Collate project documentation for Project Manager.
• Ensure timely project completion acknowledged by Contractors.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors during layout creation and 3D implementations.
• Conduct quality control for ongoing projects.
• Supervise ongoing projects as per planning.

Responsibilities

• Updates report based on approved project list details and information.


• Monitor project engineer and also troubleshoot product installation based on product instructions, guidelines and safety precaution.


• Collate related projects documentation and records to be handed over to Project Manager.


• Ensure the project can be completed in time based acknowledged by Contractors


• Coordinate and supervised contractor during measurement proses to create layouts and 3D


• Carry out quality control for ongoing projects


• Supervise projects in accordance with planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil/Architecture or similar


• Min 2 years of experience in project management (for commercial building or retail is preferred)


• SIM A/C required, accessible for self-travel in the Jabodetabek area.


• Willing to travel for project supervision
