Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Site Service Senior Supervisor to lead and oversee all operational activities across our camp site. This role covers the management of employee housing facilities, workplace amenities (mosque, gym, canteen, and other infrastructure), waste and water treatment facilities, logistics, and comprehensive transport and fleet management. You will also be responsible for asset management, general administration, vendor/contractor relations, and driving continuous improvement through analysis, evaluation, and operational enhancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3), Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in site service within the mining industry
• Hands-on experience in camp management, including supporting facilities (WTP, WWTP, STP, TPS, Reverse Osmosis)
• Strong background in developing, implementing, and evaluating GA procedures such as Risk Assessment, ISO Audit, SMKP, SMP, Hygiene Inspection, etc.
• Skilled in contractor/vendor performance management, particularly for vehicle rental, catering, and housekeeping
• Familiar with QC standards for cleanliness and accommodation, including HACCP standards
• Experienced in fleet management (light vehicles, buses, and external transport services)
• Strong leadership with the ability to guide, inspire, and develop a team
• Excellent communication skills—persuasive, responsive, and service-oriented with a hospitality mindset
• Proficient in planning, organizing, and controlling diverse operational aspects
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Actively engaged in HSE activities, with strong commitment to health and safety practices
