Valeo is looking for a Site Quality Manager in Bekasi to oversee quality indicators and coordinate improvement plans. You will manage incident responses and lead audits to ensure compliance with international quality standards.

In this role, you will also engage with multiple teams to drive a culture of quality and enhance operational effectiveness while supporting sustainable development in the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management in an automotive environment.
• Strong ability to analyze incidents and manage quick responses.
• Familiarity with audits and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quality physical Indicators on site.
• Coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan.
• Conduct periodic audits of the Quality System.
• Lead the Total Quality improvement plan.
