Job summary

Valeo North America Inc. is seeking a Production Operator in Bekasi to perform multiple production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will monitor machines, clean workstations, and keep production records up to date.

You may participate in improvement projects and assist with line changes as needed. The role requires adherence to environmental, energy, health and safety policies, and teamwork to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform production operations following defined standards.
• Ability to monitor machines and report anomalies.
• Follow 5S and safety guidelines at all times.

Responsibilities

• Carry out one or more production operations, adhering to defined standards.
• Clean and maintain machines and workstation.
• Monitor production and report anomalies using QRAP when needed.
• Check and control quality at machine entry/exit and isolate defective parts.
• Be versatile and participate in improvement projects as required.
