Job summary

Larsen & Toubro's Engineer - Plant & Machinery (P&M) at the project site is responsible for the daily operation, upkeep, and performance monitoring of construction plant and machinery, ensuring equipment readiness and adherence to maintenance schedules to support uninterrupted project execution.

Qualifications

Implement preventive maintenance schedules and checklists with site teams and vendors.
Monitor fuel use, equipment utilization and downtime; take corrective actions.
Ensure OEM guidelines, safety protocols and regulations during handling and operations.
Support mobilization/demobilization of equipment with documentation.
