·Act as the representative of the Operations Manager according to the delegated responsibilities.
·Provide input and recommendations to the Operations Manager regarding the company's development direction from an operational perspective.
·Ensure, evaluate, and manage all activities within the Operations Department at the Site Office, working in accordance with SOPs, Code of Ethics, Work Ethos, Appearance Standards, and Service Standards that have been established.
·Establish, decide, and instruct policies related to the smooth operation of the Site Office's operations department in accordance with the authority granted.
·Propose strategies for handling appeals and respond to complaints related to operations at the site office, whether internal or external.
·Compliance and accuracy of safety procedures in activities within the Operations Department.
·Monitor and ensure that all improvements related to customer complaints and deviations from customer satisfaction findings are carried out effectively.
·Plan, create, and present to the Operations Manager regarding the determination of expenditure targets.
Requirements
· Minimum education is bachelor (S1).
· Safety Health Environment Awareness.
· Has experience of 2 years in the field.
· Can speak English (preferably able to speak Mandarin).
· Soft Competency: Initiative, Interpersonal Relationship Building, Developing Others.
· Have discipline in time management and possess a firm personality.
· Certification in SNIISO/IEC 17020:2012, 17025:2017, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
· Basic Competency: Inspection Industry knowledge, Analytical Thinking, Quality Awareness.
