Job description

We are an established company specializing in Fire & Safety Equipment, as well as Design and Installation, serving sectors such as Commercial Industry, High Rise Buildings, EPC, Mining/Oil & Gas, Data Centers, Power Plants, Instrumentation, and Government. Located in Central Jakarta, we are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions: Site Manager (SM) & Project Manager (PM).

This role involves organizing and managing site projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical & Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Fire Protection System projects (for SM).
• At least 3 years of experience in Fire Protection System projects (for PM).
• Ability to lead subordinates and coordinate with clients such as Indonesia Power (IP), Pertamina, and others in sectors like Instrumentation and Commercial Industry (for both SM and PM).
• Experience handling state-owned and private projects or similar industries (for both SM and PM).
• Understanding systems and installations related to Mechanical (Fire Fighting), Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation (for both SM and PM).
• Knowledge of Project Management Systems (for PM).
• Strong communication, presentation, managerial, and leadership skills (for both SM and PM).
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (for both SM and PM).
• Good understanding of budgeting and project management (for PM).
• Willingness to be assigned or relocated outside the city as per project requirements.
• Owns a vehicle (preferably a motorbike) is advantageous.
• Residence around Jakarta is preferred.
