Site Manager (Chinese Speaker - Placement Morowali)

埃顿服务 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Camp Services Project located in Morowali. This role is ideal for professionals with strong operational management skills and a background in hospitality, particularly in catering, housekeeping, and laundry services. As a Site Manager, you will ensure seamless service delivery and act as the key liaison with our international clients, primarily from China.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of camp services, including catering, housekeeping, and laundry
• Act as the main point of contact with the client to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage and supervise on-site teams, providing leadership and performance feedback
• Monitor compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and service-level agreements
• Prepare and submit operational reports to headquarters on a regular basis
• Ensure smooth communication across departments and with external stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in managing operational teams, ideally in hospitality, remote site services, or similar industries
• Proficiency in Mandarin (Minimum HSK 4) to enable effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients
• Willingness to be based in remote project site (Morowali) on a roster-based schedule
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities across different cultures and departments
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
