The Site Manager will ensure SHE and legal compliance according to Henkel requirements and local regulations. Deliver high-quality products and services under safe and compliant conditions and at competitive costs. Develop and implement a long-term site strategy and drive sustainable and digital transformation. Be a leadership role model for the site team and develop the team with passion. Represent the site internally and externally in all aspects.

What you’ll do

• Ensure all operational activities have valid licenses and permits, follow local legal requirements, and adhere to Henkel standards.
• Ensure all operations are safe, efficient, and deliver high-quality products to meet customer demand. Partner with Business and regional/local teams to ensure business success.
• Deliver KPIs to support the implementation of Global Operations & Supply Chain (AO) strategy.
• Establish people development plans, training plans, and succession plans for all departments.
• Ensure Henkel’s Safety, Health, and Environment standards and local requirements are implemented and fulfilled.
• Act as the company representative and key contact for local authorities and workers' unions/councils in the area of responsibility.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational strategies, including CAPEX and resource planning (FTE).
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and digitalization to enable effective cost control and competitiveness.
• Responsible for investment planning, CAPEX application, and fixed assets accounting.
• Lead people-focused initiatives, ensuring effective talent management, and promote a culture of growth and engagement to support organizational objectives.
