Job Description

Project Planning and Coordination
  • Plan and oversee site activities to ensure project milestones are met within budget and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and site logistics.
Team Leadership and Supervision
  • Manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors, laborers, and staff.
  • Conduct daily briefings to communicate project objectives, progress, and safety protocols.
  • Motivate and guide the team to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
Safety and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO standards).
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address hazards or non-compliance issues.
  • Promote a culture of safety through training and awareness programs.
Quality Assurance
  • Monitor construction or production quality to meet project specifications and client expectations.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
  • Ensure all documentation, such as quality records and progress reports, is accurate and up-to-date.
Budget and Resource Management
  • Manage project budgets, tracking costs and identifying potential overruns.
  • Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring availability and cost efficiency.
  • Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements

  • Age 35-40 years
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of drawings (AutoCAD, etc.), RAB, and Cost Control
  • Experience in high-rise buildings and factories.
  • Preferably from a Japanese construction company; non-Japanese candidates are also welcome.
