SITE ARCHITECT – Project-Based Assignment in the Maldives
Placement: Maldives (on-site)
Contract Duration: 1 year/project-based, with possible extension

Scope of Work:

Responsible for the direct supervision of architectural, interior, and landscape construction works for the SHL project located in the Maldives. The candidate will serve as the on-site representative of the SHL design team, ensuring project execution aligns with the design, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project supervision (hospitality/resort projects preferred)

Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards

Capable of coordinating with site teams, contractors, and subcontractors

Experienced in preparing regular progress reports

Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work independently in a foreign location

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Willing to live and work at the project site (Maldives) for the assignment duration

Must be an Indonesian citizen

Responsibilities:

Perform daily supervision of architectural, interior, and landscape construction work

Ensure all on-site work aligns with design drawings and SHL specifications

Coordinate across teams, including local contractors, technical teams, and relevant consultants

Conduct quality control inspections and report on-site issues

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for submission to SHL's Project Director

Provide technical input or on-site solutions when challenges arise during project execution

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
