Job description

We are looking for a Site Admin & Facilities Coordinator (Contract Based) to join our team in Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia.


The role responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate daily vehicle movement, bussing, airport drop off and pickups.
  2. Coordinate travels and accommodation booking during rotation leave and other related business travels.
  3. Ensure travel (and related) invoices are received on time, working close with site admin.
  4. Make meeting room reservations.
  5. Ensure PCM staff mobilisations, badging process, SIMPER and renewals are met and if required organise ongoing medical reviews of PCM staff.
  6. Ensure and monitor smooth mobilisation and badging process of contractors’ workforce.
  7. Ensure PCM accommodation and catering are running smooth by coordinating with PTVI’s counterpart.
  8. Ensure PTVI vehicles are maintained by coordinating with PTVI.
  9. Coordinate with PTVI and contractors on temporary facilities set up/fit for use.
  10. Ensure OTs are recorded and submitted for approvals.
  11. Ensure Rotational cycle reports are sent to client weekly.
  12. Assist HSE department in submitting weekly HSE reports.
  13. Have a valid Indonesian car license (Manual).

Requirement:

  1. Diploma / Associate Diploma in Administration
  2. Approximately, 2 - 5 years ideally to include experience in administrative position.
  3. Have a valid Indonesian car driving license is required. (Manual)
  4. Previous experience with a contracting or consulting company will be advantageous.
  5. Experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry, including previous administrative experience.
  6. Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to:
