Proactively identify and evaluate potential sites for new Kopi Janji Jiwa retail locations

Conduct thorough due diligence and feasibility assessments on prospective properties

Negotiate lease agreements and other contracts with property owners and developers

Coordinate and oversee the development and construction of new retail sites

Liaise with internal teams, including real estate, design and operations, to ensure successful project delivery

Monitor and report on the progress of site acquisition and development projects

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in site acquisition, property development or a related field within the retail or real estate industry

Strong understanding of the retail property market, including local zoning laws and regulations

Proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating and acquiring new sites

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

Project management expertise, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget

Proficient in data analysis, financial modelling and feasibility assessments

Thorough knowledge of construction processes and project management best practices

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
