1. Scout new locations for Excelso Coffee Shop, including standalone outlets, malls, and office buildings.
2. Analyze potential areas for new store or outlet expansion and report data accordingly.
3. Negotiate lease prices with landlords and mall management.
4. Establish communication with property agents, government authorities, landowners, and other related parties.
