We are seeking a proactive Site Account Manager to drive growth and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base. This is a senior individual contributor role, requiring advanced knowledge, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales experience.
Develop short to medium-term sales plans and strategies to grow and diversify relationships with existing clients.
Conduct face-to-face selling of a variety of products, services, and solutions across multiple lines of business.
Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, consumables, and parts within existing customer installations to increase wallet share.
Collaborate with Solution Specialists to drive consumables offerings and promote cross/up-sell opportunities.
Engage with Field Services Engineering and Professional Services to expand service order intake and provide onsite support.
Provide input into client retention strategies and growth plans for assigned accounts.
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely problem resolution.
Promote a culture of safety for yourself, your team, and those impacted by operational activities.
Advanced knowledge in sales, account management, or relevant technical field, typically obtained through education and/or work experience.
Proven experience managing complex customer relationships with measurable growth outcomes.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage projects or processes effectively.
Willingness to travel up to 70%.
