SITAC_Kalimantan

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 3 years working experience related to FTTH or OSP project sitac/permit
2. At least 3 years telecommunication area working experience, including FTTH, OSP or fiber optic, etc
3. Familiar with PU and Community permit acquisition process
4. Capable of performing permit management work
5. Able to read and write English; communication in English is preferred.
6. With strong communication skills, good sense of teamwork and strong organization and coordination skills
7. Willing to work anywhere in Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

1. Guide the SITAC team to work and achieve sufficient PKS HP per month to support the delivery plan, providing KPI to each SITAC.
2. Have experience with PU permits, supporting each region's PU permit work and resolving PU permit issues.
3. Responsible for managing sitac/permit progress within the timeline set by the project and company.
4. Responsible for managing the sitac/permit team to maintain discipline, motivation, and working spirit to complete targets.
5. Responsible for solving sitac/permit issues in projects, giving instructions to the sitac/permit team to handle sitac/permit properly.
6. Complete the work of each node of the permit.
