Job summary

PT Fiberhome Technologies Indonesia is seeking a SITAC/permit team lead to guide and manage FTTH and OSP projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company requirements. Your role will include KPI feedback, coordinating PU permits, and driving SITAC progress across regions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in FTTH/OSP SITAC/permit, strong telecom experience, and solid English communication. Willingness to work nationwide is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of FTTH/OSP SITAC/permit experience.
• Telecommunication experience in FTTH/OSP or fiber optics.
• Proficient in English reading and writing; English communication preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and coordination skills.
• Willing to work anywhere in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Guide the SITAC team to achieve KPI PKS HP per month and provide KPI feedback.
• Support PU permit work across regions and close PU permit issues.
• Manage SITAC/permit progress within project and company timelines.
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and working spirit to complete targets.
• Resolve SITAC/permit issues and provide instruction to the team.

This role involves guiding and managing SITAC/permit teams on FTTH and OSP projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project timelines and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

Guide the SITAC team to work and achieve sufficient PKS HP per month to support the delivery plan, and provide KPI feedback to each SITAC member

Support PU permit work across regions and close PU permit issues

Manage SITAC/permit progress within project and company timelines

Manage the SITAC/permit team to maintain discipline, motivation, and working spirit to complete targets

Solve SITAC/permit issues in projects and provide instruction to the team on proper handling methods

About you

At least 2 years working experience related to FTTH or OSP project SITAC/permit

At least 2-3 years telecommunication area working experience, including FTTH, OSP or fiber optic

Able to read and write English; communication in English is preferred

Strong communication skills, good sense of teamwork, and strong organization and coordination skills

Willing to work anywhere in Indonesia

Experience with PU permit
