A leading logistics company located in Jakarta is seeking a SIMM Accounting Specialist to prepare financial reports, oversee daily transactions, and manage audits. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in business English and knowledge of PSAK updates are essential. Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare company’s financial reports.
2. Perform intercompany transactions reconciliation.
3. Oversee daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations).
4. Participate in tax audits and Year End Financial Audit.
5. Manager month-end and year-end closing.
6. Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.
General Responsibilities (applicable to all Samudera employees)
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2. Min. 2 years of experience
3. Proficency in business English
4. Knowledgeable about the latest PSAK updates
5. Have good interpersonal skills & effective communication skills
