Job summary

JAPFA in Indonesia seeks a hands-on supervisor to oversee daily feed manufacturing operations and staff activities, following defined work plans.

You will monitor batching, mixing, pelleting, packing and sanitation, ensure compliance with feed safety and quality standards, guide operators, and address routine issues. You will report deviations and maintain daily operational records. This is an on-site role based in Cirebon, with opportunities to contribute to a wide network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in food/agri manufacturing.
• Ability to guide operators and address routine operational issues.
• Ability to maintain accurate daily operational records.
