Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a skilled operator to run corn dryer equipment in our Indonesian facility. You will load and unload corn, monitor drying parameters, and ensure cleanliness and safety in daily production.

You will record data, report abnormalities to supervisors, and support maintenance of the dryer machines while adhering to SOPs, quality, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate corn dryer equipment according to SOP and safety guidelines.
• Load, unload, and handle corn materials during drying operations.
• Monitor basic drying parameters such as temperature and moisture levels.
• Record operational data, moisture readings, and daily production logs accurately.
• Perform basic housekeeping and cleanliness of dryer and surrounding areas.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times.
• Report equipment abnormalities or quality deviations to the supervisor promptly.
