Job summary

Qualifications

• Good English language skills (written and spoken) are a plus.
• Understanding of freight forwarding, export-import and domestic activities.
• Able to work in a team and have organizational experience.
• Understanding of MK3L/QHSE aspects.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data to assist in sales/marketing strategy development.
• Communicate with customers to address questions and assess needs.
• Manage marketing content, including promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure availability of accurate PEB/PIB documents and complete archives for export/import processes.
• Implement and document risks within the department's Integrated Management System.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate with customers to answer customer's questions, provide information, and evaluate their needs.
• Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Availability of accurate and valid PEB/PIB documents
• Availability of complete document archives to support the export and import process
• Availability of valid, accurate and timely payment verification

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
