Job summary

JAPFA invites applications for a Marketing and Sales role in Lampung. The incumbent will execute daily marketing and sales activities for assigned products or territories, support campaigns and promotions, and coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

The position requires coordinating with teams to monitor performance and maintain accurate sales data, while ensuring brand, pricing, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Fisheries or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in related fields.
• Knowledge about shrimp management.
• Willing to be placed in Lampung.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day marketing and sales activities for assigned products or territories.

1. Melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan sehari-hari untuk produk atau wilayah yang ditugaskan.
2. Mendukung pelaksanaan kampanye pemasaran, promosi, dan program penjualan.
3. Berkoordinasi dengan tim penjualan, distributor, serta pemangku kepentingan internal.
4. Memantau kinerja penjualan, umpan balik pasar, dan permasalahan pelanggan.
5. Memastikan data penjualan, laporan, dan dokumentasi terpelihara dengan akurat.
6. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap pedoman merek, kebijakan harga, dan kebijakan penjualan perusahaan.

Qualifications (Indonesian)

1. Minimal lulusan Sarjana (S1) Perikanan atau bidang terkait.
2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang yang relevan.
3. Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai manajemen budidaya udang.
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Lampung.
