Job summary

Kalbe Farma is seeking a Finance and Accounting Supervisor to lead a team responsible for accurate financial reporting and compliance. Based in Jakarta, you will oversee planning, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution of accounting policies within a dynamic healthcare group.

In this role you will coordinate with other departments, prepare reports for senior management, and mentor staff to raise capabilities. This position offers growth within a market-leading Indonesian pharma company.

• Ensure the effective execution of finance and accounting plans and strategies.
• Resolve escalated financial and accounting issues promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with finance and accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Monitor daily finance and accounting activities to ensure timely reporting.
• Ensure implementation of effective finance and accounting strategies.

• Mengawasi aktivitas harian tim keuangan dan akuntansi untuk memastikan pelaporan keuangan yang akurat dan tepat waktu.
• Memastikan pelaksanaan rencana dan strategi keuangan dan akuntansi yang efektif.
• Menyelesaikan masalah keuangan dan akuntansi yang dieskalasi dengan cepat dan efisien.
• Menyiapkan dan menyajikan laporan kinerja kepada manajemen senior, menyoroti metrik utama dan area yang perlu diperbaiki.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar dan regulasi keuangan dan akuntansi.
• Membantu dalam persiapan laporan keuangan.
• Memberikan panduan dan dukungan kepada staf keuangan dan akuntansi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kinerja mereka.
