A leading company in premium lifestyle brands is looking for a Showroom Sales Executive to promote and sell furniture and home accessories. The role requires achieving sales targets, conducting client visits, and building relationships with designers and architects. Artadia Group is hiring a Showroom Sales Executive to join the Urbanloft team. This is a sales-focused role responsible for promoting and selling premium loose furniture, lighting, and home accessories to interior designers, architects, corporate clients, and end-users.
Important: This is not a design or architecture role. You won’t be designing spaces — you’ll be helping clients find the perfect pieces to complete them.
Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets
Present Urbanloft product collections to clients: furniture, lighting, and accessories
Build relationships with assigned client accounts: designers, architects, and buyers
Conduct 10+ client visits weekly to pitch products and close sales
Recommend slow-moving or seasonal items based on client needs
Input all client meetings, quotes, and pipelines into the CRM system
Support showroom events and trade fairs as a sales representative
Coordinate with the logistics team for order fulfillment and client satisfaction
Gather market feedback and report trends or competitor insights to Sales Manager and Marketing team
2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in furniture, lifestyle, or interior retail)
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
Target-driven and able to manage multiple client accounts independently
Comfortable in field-based client visits and showroom meetings
Familiar with CRM systems, e-catalogs, and digital sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior design or related field preferred
Not seeking candidates with interior design background for design execution roles
