Shopee Live Team Leader - Operations (Solo)

Job Description

1. Monitor agent performance both in terms of quality and productivity (daily, weekly and monthly process)
2. Responsible for agent development process, such as conducting performance coaching and mentoring, refreshment of new SOPs and counseling
3. Record the attendance and performance of each agent
4. Responsible for the asset distribution process (laptops, locker keys, etc.)

Requirements

1. Strong analytical skill, problem solving and able to manage multiple priorities
2. Good product knowledge of Shopee products
3. Good verbal and written communication skills
4. Has basic leadership skills
5. Willing to work with shifting schedule
